This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Nexdev is the controller of your personal data, at the details listed above.
For any request concerning your data, write to hello@nexdev.gr.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you select and your message.
Newsletter: your email address and the date you confirmed your subscription.
Purchases: billing details and transaction data, processed by the payment provider.
Technical data: server logs generated automatically when you visit, for security and stability.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your own initiative in contacting us, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
To fulfil an order or a services agreement. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To issue and retain invoices. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.
Used only for the purpose you asked for
We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for. If you filled in the contact form because you wanted us to get in touch, that is what the data is used for.
Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate act: we do not add you because you sent a message or made a purchase.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages: 12 months from our last exchange.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. An unsubscribe link is in every message we send.
Invoices and tax records: for as long as tax law requires.
Server logs: for a short period, as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Providers that process data on our behalf
We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for their own purposes. We do use providers that process data solely on our instructions, under processing agreements and with appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the EU.

Cookies and tracking
Necessary cookies run without consent, because without them the site does not work. No other cookie is set before you allow it.
Fonts are served by us, with no connection to third-party networks. We use no advertising pixels.
Exactly which cookies we use, from which provider and for how long, is set out in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, Viva.com and PayPal. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored by us.
We receive from the provider only what is needed to complete and document the transaction.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@nexdev.gr. We respond within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
Communication with the website is encrypted. Access to data is limited to those who need it in order to serve you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
