Terms of Service

Scope

Nexdev provides design and development services for digital products, and sells digital products such as plugins and software tools.

We serve both individuals and businesses. Where these terms refer explicitly to consumers, they apply only to natural persons acting outside their trade or profession.

Formation of contract

For services, the contract is formed when a proposal setting out the scope, timeline and fee is accepted in writing.

For digital products, the contract is formed when the order is completed and payment is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website or in the proposal and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods: Stripe, Viva.com and PayPal.

For service projects, staged invoicing may be agreed as set out in the proposal.

Delivery of digital products

Access to the digital product is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, through an account or a download link.

It is your responsibility to check that the product is compatible with your environment before buying. Compatibility requirements are stated on each product page.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost where the consumer gives express consent to performance beginning before the period ends and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. That consent is requested at checkout.

Where no such consent is given, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains.

Defects and support

If a digital product does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

A consumer's statutory rights regarding conformity of digital products are not affected by these terms.

Licence for digital products

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for the purposes and to the extent described on the product page.

Reselling, redistributing or making the product available to third parties is not permitted without a written agreement.

Service projects

The scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are set out in its proposal. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect cost and schedule.

Timely provision of content, access and approvals on your side is a condition of meeting the schedule.

Rights in the deliverables transfer on full payment. Tools, libraries and products developed by Nexdev remain its property and are provided under licence.

Liability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the website available and working correctly, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

Our liability is limited to the value of the particular order or project. That limit does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not permit it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint, contact us first at hello@nexdev.gr. We respond as soon as possible.

Consumers may also turn to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to provisions protecting consumers at their place of residence.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies.
