COMMERCE

E-commerce Systems

Online stores designed around your catalogue, pricing policy and fulfilment processes.

What it is

E-commerce built around your business.

An online store works when it fits how you sell: your catalogue, your prices and discounts, your shipping and your invoicing. When the business has to bend to a ready-made template, the cost shows up later, in manual work and lost sales.

We build online stores and sales systems around your processes, from a store with an easy-to-use catalogue to headless solutions in which the storefront and management system evolve independently.

Who it is for

  • Businesses selling online that have outgrown their current store
  • Companies with an unusual catalogue, customer-specific pricing or B2B flows
  • Stores where customers abandon the cart or struggle to complete checkout
  • Brands launching their first e-shop that want solid foundations

Capabilities

What we can do

  • Stores

Catalogue, filters, cart and checkout designed for a simple, fast purchase, with particular attention to mobile users.

  • Headless commerce

A separate storefront and back office: speed and design freedom without losing product and order management.

  • Payments

Cards, digital wallets and local payment methods, with proper handling of failures and refunds.

  • Logistics

Shipping rates, courier integration and keeping the customer informed as the parcel moves.

  • Integration-ready

A product, SKU and order structure that allows connection to your ERP, accounting and e-invoicing. The integration itself is delivered as Automation.

  • Operations and optimisation

Speed, security, error monitoring and continuous improvement of the purchase journey after launch.

Process

How we work

  1. Step 01

    Understand

We map the catalogue, pricing, shipping and everything that touches your orders today.

  2. Step 02

    Architecture and design

We decide what is built and how it connects, and design the shopping experience before building it.

  3. Step 03

    Build and integrate

We build the store and its links to payments and couriers, with test orders along the way.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and optimise

We migrate the data, launch the store and monitor it closely during the first weeks to identify and address any issues promptly.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is different about a headless store?

In a headless store, the customer-facing storefront runs separately from the system that manages products and orders. The two communicate through integrations. This gives you more flexibility in designing and developing the storefront, but it is not necessary for every store. We assess whether the benefits justify the added complexity.

Can you connect the store to our ERP or accounting system?

Usually yes, provided your system has an API or a way to import data. The integration is delivered as part of Automation; we design the store to be ready for it and check what your system offers from the start.

Can you migrate an existing store without losing products and orders?

Yes. We check which data can be migrated and plan the transfer of products, customers and order history. We include completeness checks and URL redirects to limit the impact on your visibility in search engines.

Which payment methods do you support?

We integrate card payment and digital wallet providers. The choice depends on the countries you sell to, fees, customer preferences and compatibility with your store.
