OPERATIONS
Automation
Connect the systems you already run and remove the manual steps between them.
What it is
Less repetitive work.
In many businesses the systems run separately and people are the bridge between them: copying orders, re-entering details, sending an email so one person knows what another did. Each of those steps costs time and, sooner or later, produces a mistake.
We connect the tools you already use so data can move automatically, and build workflows for repetitive tasks. Error logs and alerts let you know when intervention is needed.
Who it is for
- Teams copying data between programs
- Stores with orders, stock and invoices in different systems
- Businesses re-keying orders by hand from the store into the ERP or accounting system
- Anyone who wants reports generated and sent automatically
Capabilities
What we can do
Flows between systems
When something happens in one system, the next steps run automatically in the others, with no one in the middle moving data across.
Integrations (API)
Connections between online stores, ERP, CRM, couriers, accounting systems and e-invoicing and myDATA reporting solutions, where suitable APIs or file exchange options are available.
Data synchronisation
Products, stock, customers and orders up to date in every system, without double entry.
Reports and alerts
Reports that generate and send themselves, and a notification when something needs attention.
Error handling
Retry on failure, logging and alerts, so an automated flow does not fail silently.
Monitoring
Visibility into what ran, when, and with what result.
Expertise
Technologies and platforms we work with.
Technical choices follow your business needs.
APIs and webhooks exchange data between ERP, CRM, e-commerce and couriers. PHP and MySQL support extensions, synchronisation and operational logging where needed.
- APIs
- Webhooks
- ERP / CRM
- Courier APIs
- WooCommerce
We choose tools that fit each project's needs. Integrations depend on the capabilities of the systems you use.
Process
How we work
- Step 01
Map
We record how work moves today and where time is lost.
- Step 02
Design
We decide what is automated, what stays with a person, and how exceptions are handled.
- Step 03
Build
We build the flows and integrations and test them on real data.
- Step 04
Monitor
We check they run correctly and adjust when your systems or processes change.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which processes are worth automating first?
The repetitive ones, with clear rules and frequent mistakes or delays. We start with those that save the most time.
What if one of our systems has no API?
There may be an alternative, such as file exchange or a connection through an intermediary system. We check the options at the start and explain what is feasible and what the limitations are.
What happens when an automated flow fails?
The error is logged and an alert is sent. Where safe and feasible, automatic retries include checks to avoid duplicate entries. We also plan how exceptions will be handled.
Do you replace the systems we have?
No, unless it is needed. The aim is for what you already have to work together.
